In seeking to keep you better informed about McCall Area Timeshare Association the following information should be useful:

Phones: Our main office phone number is 208.634.7028; our fax number is 208.634.2136. If we are busy with a client the answering machine will accept a message. We will return your call as soon as possible.

Office Hours:

Monday - 9a.m. to 12p.m. and 1p.m. to 6:30p.m.
Tuesday - Saturday - 9a.m. to 12p.m. and 1p.m. to 5p.m.

Check In time: MONDAY - 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. No early check-ins please. Late check-ins are welcome. We will leave your key out if you are arriving after hours.

Check Out time: Monday 10:00 a.m.

Exchanges with our exchange affiliates are available through the following:

As always, we will assist all of our exchange affiliates.

In-House Exchanges or Banking: If for some reason you are unable to use the week you purchased, you can, prior to the start of your week, notify us and BANK your time in-house for use later here in McCall. You must use your banked time within 51 weeks following your ownership week. Also, it is subject to our availability. Please do not wait until the last minute, or only try booking during our busiest seasons. This should be used as an opportunity to utilize time that would have been lost due to an interruption of your normally scheduled time at the resort.

We can also attempt to rent your unit for you if you prefer. You need to inform us that you want us to rent your unit. We cannot guarantee that we will have a request for a rental that week. If you put your unit on the "please rent" list and it is not rented, the unit is considered used and cannot be used later. All rental fees collected are sent directly to the owner of the unit.

We offer timeshare owners use of rental units, depending on availability, at a considerable discount with a two-night minimum. Call us if you want to rent a unit at a different time than your own. Keep in mind, out of fairness to all timeshare owners, this discount is for timeshare owners only. We cannot give a discount to your friends unless you are staying in the unit with them.

Returning Brown Cards: Please remember to return the brown cards we send you asking whether you will be using your unit. It is critical to the success of in-house exchanges. If you know before you receive your brown card, give us a call and let us know ahead of time. Please also send your brown card to us when you receive it even if you have called.
